  • Equipment & Service Emergencies: Call the hotline! If you have equipment that is not working and you need immediate assistance, you can find us in the field. Emergencies only: 795-6701. Please submit all other requests via the Help Desk.
  • Video Production & Event Support Requests: Please send all requests for live events or video production to the Help Desk.
  • Hours of Operation: M-Th: 7:30am - 8:30pm, Fri: 7:30am - 4:30pm
